All fajita fiesta platters include 30 soft flour tortillas - 1/2 pan of spanish rice - 1/2 pan of beans - 1/2 pan of chips - 16oz of guacamole 16oz pico de callo - 16oz of sour cream -16oz of salsa. Serves 10 to 15 persons.
